As the Lead Generator, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing services and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce products and services to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities through effective questioning and relationship building.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects where appropriate.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed KPIs for calls, appointments, and lead generation activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- At least 1-year Recent experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, or a similar sales role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target driven.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to generating new business.
