Learning Delivery Manager

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Learning Delivery Manager to lead and support high-quality tuition delivery across the North. Based in Leeds, you'll oversee educational contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and strong learner outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in education, quality assurance, or coaching, who is driven to improve tutor performance and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor local authority contracts, ensuring KPIs and compliance are met
  • Conduct tutor observations (online and in-person) and deliver actionable feedback
  • Support tutor development through coaching and CPD initiatives
  • Analyse attendance, engagement, and progress data to improve outcomes
  • Oversee safeguarding and compliance requirements, supporting audits where required
  • Ensure accurate collection of student progress data for reporting
  • Deliver and support Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards
  • Build partnerships to enhance social value and community engagement

About You

  • Experience in education, tutoring, QA, or instructional coaching
  • Strong understanding of teaching practices and behaviour management
  • Confident using data to drive performance and decision-making
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North
