We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Learning & Development Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Harwich.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a large-scale training project and play a key role in modernising learning and development processes across the business.
Responsibilities:
As a Learning & Development Administrator you will…
- Administer and coordinate employee training activities and course bookings
- Manage and maintain training records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Support the migration and modernisation of training records and systems
- Liaise with learners and external training providers regarding course arrangements
- Handle a high volume of training requests and enquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development function
- Assist with reporting and data management activities
Requirements:
As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will need…
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a training, HR, or learning environment
- Strong organisational and data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating via telephone and email
- Comfortable working with large volumes of information and maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Full-time (37 hours per week) or part-time opportunities available
- Flexible working hours (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
- Approximately 6-month temporary assignment
