JOB TITLE Learning Support Assistant
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Ealing from September 2026. The school is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student is supported to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide classroom support and targeted interventions for students with additional learning needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and making a positive impact on young people's lives. Depending on performance, the school may offer an extension to the contract or a permanent position.
CONTRACT DETAILS Location: Ealing, London Position: Learning Support Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant Contract or position start date: September 2026 Duration / Likely Duration: Full academic year Contract or position end date (if applicable) :Ongoing Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) Temporary (with the potential to become permanent) Full time/part time Full time Minimum rate of pay From: GBP100 per day (depending on experience) Hours 8:00am 4:00pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting. A degree or relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable. Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year is preferred (training can be provided).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or be willing to process a new application. Provide two professional references related to working with children, covering the last two years. OTHER
