What You'll Be Doing Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, and more) Helping pupils access learning and build independence Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment Working closely with teachers and SENCOs Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine Making every day rewarding – for you and your pupils!
What You'll Need Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non-school settings welcome!) A caring, patient, adaptable approach Confidence supporting students with a range of needs An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
