Description

  • Manage leaseholder accounts, including service charges and ground rents.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute service charge statements and related documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors and leaseholders.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasehold properties and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.

Profile

A successful Leaseholder Officer should have:

  • Relevant experience in property management or leasehold services.
  • Strong knowledge of lease agreements and property legislation.
