Salary: Up to £22,061 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 20 hours per week

What You’ll Do
• Teach and assess learners in Carpentry & Joinery at a range of levels
• Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons
• Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression
• Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment
• Support learners’ confidence, skills, and trade-ready knowledge
What You’ll Bring
• A Level 3 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
• Strong practical background in carpentry, joinery, or related construction roles
• Current knowledge of industry standards and practices
(Teaching qualifications are welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work!)
