Location: Salisbury

Salary: Up to £40,814 per year, plus a £3,000 Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus

What We Offer

Salary: Up to £40,814 per year

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation at a range of levels

• Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons

• Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression

• Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment

• Support learners’ confidence, skills and trade-ready knowledge

What You’ll Bring

• A Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation

• Strong practical background in electrical installation or related electrical roles

• Current knowledge of industry standards and practices

Teaching qualifications are welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work!
