We?re currently supporting a legal client with the appointment of a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience looking to build a long term career within a professional legal environment. Previous exposure to legal compliance processes would be advantageous, although not essential.
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the day to day running of the office, assisting fee earners and helping ensure administrative and compliance processes are completed efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
? Supporting client onboarding processes and assisting with compliance checks ? Providing administrative support to fee earners and wider teams ? Managing correspondence, maintaining databases and preparing reports ? Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements ? Supporting recruitment administration and employee onboarding ? Processing invoices, monitoring expenses and assisting with budget administration ? Responding to enquiries and providing a professional service to visitors and clients ? Assisting with company events, meetings and internal activities ? Supporting office facilities and maintaining supplies and equipment ? Assisting with health and safety administration and procedures ? Managing file archiving and destruction processes
What we?re looking for:
? Previous administration experience within a professional environment ? Legal sector exposure would be beneficial ? Knowledge or understanding of compliance processes preferred ? Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail ? Confident communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities ? Proactive approach with a willingness to support across different functions
