An exciting position is now available for a dependable and versatile Legal Administrator to join their Eastbourne branch. This multi-faceted role involves providing vital administrative support, helping to keep operations running smoothly—particularly during periods of high demand or staff absence.
Main Responsibilities of a Legal Administrator:
- Transcribing documents from dictation and audio recordings
- Reception duties and handling incoming phone calls
- Procuring office materials and aiding with internal organisation
- Delivering administrative support to legal staff
- Communicating with clients via phone and email

- Recent law graduate
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
- Willing to take on various tasks as needed
- High-speed, precise typing abilities
- Previous experience in a law office is an advantage
