LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR
A London office of an international law firm is looking for a legal administrator to join the team on a 10-month fixed-term contract.
This is a junior position, well suited to someone with 1-2 years of office experience looking to gain insight into the legal industry and willing to work hard.
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with administration and coordination related to business development, including meeting planning
- Supporting the Office Manager with event organisation for business development functions, events and team events
- Running searches on behalf of the lawyers, including Companies House searches and Personal Property Securities Register searches
- Using Elite 3E to complete client billing on behalf of lawyers
- Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers
LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
