Legal Support Assistant – Private Client Maidenhead | Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Support Assistant to join a well-established law firm in Maidenhead. Working within the Private Client department, you'll provide essential support to the fee earners while helping to ensure an efficient and seamless service for clients.
The Role Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Opening new client files and preparing matters in line with fee earner instructions
- Supporting fee earners with a range of administrative tasks throughout the lifecycle of a matter
- Attending client meetings and acting as a point of contact for clients and third parties
- Drafting letters, emails and legal documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the firm's case management system
- Managing diaries, appointments and general office administration
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within Private Client or a legal support/administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
