A well-regarded firm of Solicitors are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Billing
- Checking completion statements
- Checking monies in, arranging payments out on banking systems
- Posting to Case Management and Accounts software (Partner for Windows)
- Cheques in and out to Client Account and Office Account
- Answering ledger queries
- Staying up to date with Solicitors Accounts Rules / ensuring you are adhering to them at all times
You will need previous experience working as a Legal Cashier. The firm offers Healthshield, Life assurance, pension, and a parking contribution of £650 (typically covers a season pass for the Park & Ride).
