A well-established SaaS/Tech business is looking for a Legal Counsel (3+ PQE) to join its London-based in-house team. This is a broad, business-facing role supporting an international organisation in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities: * Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including SaaS, licensing and MSAs) * Advise on data protection, intellectual property, compliance and general commercial matters * Support strategic initiatives including technology partnerships, data projects and new product development * Partner closely with Sales and other business units, providing pragmatic, commercial advice * Assist with company secretarial matters and management of external counsel
About you: * At least 3 years' PQE, gained in-house and/or private practice * Experience within a SaaS or data-driven business highly desirable * Strong commercial contract negotiation skills * Commercially minded, proactive and confident working independently * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
