An incredible opportunity has arisen with an elite US law firm who are renowned for their inclusive, entrepreneurial and innovative approach who are seeking to hire Legal EA to provide a polished support service to their industry leading Partners in the London office:

Legal EA Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted liaison for the Partners, handling high-level internal and external communications
- Organise complex diary, travel (national and international) and meeting arrangements
- Prepare documents to support fee earners which may include transcribing from dictation, drafts or notes
- Assist with practice development initiatives within the department
- Assist with business development research, pitches and presentations
- Liaise with the Accounting and Finance department where required for bills / time entry etc.
Legal EA Skills & Requirements:
- 3 years+ previous Legal EA / PA / Secretarial support within a law firm
- Law firm secretarial experience at Partner level in a busy role where you have undertaken billin
- Advanced MS Office skillset (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
