Wise May is looking for a Legal EA to support the an Employment Law Firm in the City of London. With previous experience as a Legal EA in Employment Law, you will support approximately 5 fee earners with diary management, travel booking and billing.
This is a full time, permanent, office based role and the hours are 9:00am-5.30pm.
Legal EA duties and responsibilities:
- Extensive and efficient diary management.
- Email management and archiving of emails.
- Coordination and booking of travel arrangements.
- Billing and invoicing of clients.
- Proactively updating and maintaining client information.
- Filing, document management, opening new matters and archiving.
- Other ad hoc tasks when required.
Legal EA key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience as a Legal EA within Employment Law in a Law firm.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experience of using case management software.
- Demonstrable experience with legal billing.
- Judgement and problem solving.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
