LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior stakeholders within its Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to complex, high-level work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
- Support 3–4 Partners in a busy, high-performing practice
- Highly varied role involving complex diary management and international travel coordination
- Opportunity to work closely with senior fee earners and develop strong internal and client relationships
- Hybrid working model with flexibility built in
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage busy and ever-changing diaries, meetings and schedules
- Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Build strong relationships with clients, fee earners and wider PA network
- Handle billing processes, expenses, and liaise with finance teams
- Produce high-quality documents, including amendments and formatting to house style
- Manage incoming queries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
- Maintain accurate filing systems, e-filing and matter management
- Provide general administrative support and team cover where required
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal PA within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, confident and able to use initiative independently
- Detail-oriented with strong document production skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Skills & Experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with billing processes (ideally 3E)
- Familiarity with workflow tools such as BigHand
- Typing speed of 60 wpm+ with high accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
