A law firm is seeking a personable and hard working Legal PA to provide support to a team of Partners and Fee Earners within a busy practice group. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring a proactive individual who can manage competing priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional support in a professional services environment.
The Role
Working closely with the wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Responsibilities will include diary and inbox management, document preparation, billing support, client liaison, and coordinating business and travel arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for Partners and Fee Earners
- Preparing, formatting, amending, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting billing, time recording, expenses, and monthly invoicing processes
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and client events
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing and document management systems
- Assisting with matter opening and general practice administration
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing proactive support and anticipating the needs of the wider legal team
- Ad hoc bundle support
About You
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and client relationships
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems
- A professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
