Employment Legal PA – Edinburgh
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal personal assistant to join the Employment & Immigration team of a leading UK law firm. You'll provide proactive support to a busy team of legal professionals while working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices.
The Role
- Provide PA and administrative support to fee earners
- Manage diaries, inboxes, meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence and presentations
- Coordinate client onboarding, matter management and billing
- Liaise with internal teams including Finance, IT and Marketing
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the team
About You
- Previous PA, Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential
