Legal PA (6-Month FTC)
One of our most prestigious US law firm clients is seeking a highly organised and polished Legal PA to work alongside some of the best Partners and Associates in their field on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal PA:
- Extensive diary management and establish / maintain deadline reminder systems
- Schedule and organise meetings, conference, and departmental activities
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries and process travel expenses for reimbursement
- Ensure that lawyers weekly timesheets are dealt with a timely manner
- Prepare legal documents and follow the firm’s document processing methods i.e. creates, spell checks, edits and proofreads work
- Transcribe from handwritten materials and, if applicable, dictation
- Maintain e-filing and management of email inboxes
Skills & Requirements of the Legal PA:
- Must have Legal PA / Secretarial experience at a high-ranking law firm
- Applicants must be available immediately or at very short notice
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software
- Excellent teamwork and professional attitude
