An exceptional law firm is seeking a high-calibre Legal PA to join its magnificent Capital Markets team in London.
Working closely with 2-3 Partners, you will deliver proactive, high-level support across practice management, client development and operational delivery, ideal for someone seeking to build a long-term career in a top-tier firm.
The Role
- Acting as a strategic partner to fee earners supporting practice planning, billing processes, and client/matter management
- Preparing high-quality pitches, presentations, research and client intelligence materials
- Managing complex diaries, travel, and cross-border meeting coordination
- Supporting business development initiatives, client relationship plans and marketing activity
- Overseeing communications, inbox management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless client service
What They're Looking For
- A highly proactive, organised professional with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to draft documents, liaise with clients and manage senior stakeholders
- 5+ years in a law firm environment, ideally with Capital Markets or Corporate experience
- Commercial awareness, with an interest in business development, markets and client strategy
- A collaborative, resilient mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
