Legal Secretary

Our Client is currently looking for a legal secretary/administrator to join a busy, friendly and diverse central London office.

You will cover a range of secretarial and administrative work, to include dealing with correspondence and documents, opening and closing files, archiving, updating records/databases and assisting with financial and diary management.

As an initial point of contact for new enquirers, you will also liaise with clients and set up meetings. You will coordinate business development & team meetings and help with marketing events.

This is primarily a secretarial and admin role and is not suitable for recent law graduates, paralegals, or for anyone seeking to progress to qualification as a solicitor.
