Legal Secretary – Conveyancing

Law firm situated on the outskirts of Reading, are looking to take on a full-time legal secretary to provide legal support to the property law department. This is a permanent, office based role.

The firm are looking for candidates with legal secretarial experience in conveyancing. Salary: minimum £25,000 per annum upwards depending on experience.

The role: ·You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the fee earners and solicitors with their caseloads of predominantly residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion. ·This is a well-established department with a number of fee earners and paralegals. Qualifications/Experience: ·Candidates must have worked as a legal secretary in a UK law firm ·Candidates must have conveyancing secretarial experience and have experience in all areas of property work including post-exchange / completions ·Although predominantly residential matters, any commercial property experience a bonus ·Candidates should have excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail ·Firm use Redbrick CMS so any experience in this or a similar CMS a bonus   Benefits: ·Firm has own car parking ·Competitive salary according to experience   Apply with CV for vacancy JO10138.
