Private Client Legal Secretary

£25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
Michelle Denny Recruitment has been appointed to support a long established South Norfolk law firm with the search for a Private Client Legal Secretary.
This is an opportunity to join a well regarded practice and support a private client team in a role where professionalism, organisation and client care all matter.
The successful person will provide secretarial and administrative support across a range of private client matters, likely to include:
- wills
- probate
- estate administration
- powers of attorney
- other associated private client work
Previous legal secretarial or legal administrative experience is important, and private client experience would be particularly helpful.
The role
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the private client team
- Preparing correspondence, documents and other paperwork as required
- Supporting file opening, file management and general case administration
- Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of a busy legal department
What we're looking for
- Previous legal secretarial or legal administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a personable approach
- Confidence supporting fee earners and managing a varied workload
- Private client experience would be an advantage
