Are you an experienced Applications Support Engineer or Technical Systems Analyst looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?
In this broad 3rd Line Applications Support role at a leading law firm in London, you will be supporting a range of business-critical legal and enterprise applications while contributing to upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need:
- Experience supporting multiple business or legal applications within a professional services environment
- Knowledge of platforms such as iManage Cloud, Elite 3E, Intapp, BigHand, InterAction or similar
- Experience administering SaaS/cloud applications
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows
- Strong troubleshooting and 3rd Line support experience
- Security awareness or application security experience is advantageous
The role:
- 3rd Line support across a varied application estate
- Support application upgrades, implementations and integrations
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Data and Project teams
- Drive service improvements and system reliability
