The Role
You will be responsible for progressing lettings from offer agreed through to move-in whilst ensuring all compliance requirements are met and exceptional service is delivered to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Progressing tenancy applications from offer agreed to move-in
- Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
- Carrying out Right to Rent checks and compliance procedures
- Obtaining references, ID checks and supporting documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, negotiators and property managers
- Managing tenancy files and ensuring full compliance
- Arranging move-ins and coordinating key releases
- Confirming receipt of deposits, rent and initial monies
- Managing office key systems and records
- Supporting tenancy renewals and general lettings administration
- Responding to enquiries professionally via phone and email
About You
Previous Lettings Administration, Property Administration or Estate Agency experience preferred
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional and proactive approach
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment

Please Note
