Lettings & Allocations Officer – Social Housing
Plymouth – hybrid
6 months contract
£18.13 plus holiday pay or £23.63 Umbrella
37 hours per week
Working for a well respected housing association you will be responsible for providing and delivering a high quality allocations service to prospective and existing tenants who need housing via Devon Home Choice, in accordance with policy and procedures whilst ensuring KPI’s are met. Ensure that customers who are to be re-housed, have their housing and support needs assessed and met to promote sustainable tenancies and communities.
You should have previous experience of using Devon Homechoice for a Housing Association or Local Authority
