Lettings Manager
Our clients are a well-established estate agents looking for a Full Time Lettings Manager to join the friendly team in Isleworth..
The successful candidate would be working directly under the owner/directors of the business and would be responsible for running the day-to-day lettings side of the branch. That includes working closely with our property management and lettings coordination team, maintaining a strong level of service for existing landlords, and most importantly, winning new instructions to help us build the lettings portfolio.
The ideal person will be someone who can build relationships properly, communicate well with landlords, keep standards high internally, and take real ownership of the department.

- Based in Isleworth
- Monday to Friday only, no Saturdays
- Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Basic package up to £36,000 per annum,
- Bonus structure with realistic OTE of £60-65,000 per annum
- Three-month underpin based on £60,000 OTE
- Ideally looking for someone to start by the end of July
- Candidate needs to be ready to move and able to hit the ground running
- The package is built around: A monthly instruction bonus
- Paid per new instruction that successfully takes occupancy
- Office net bonus per month
- Annual target
- % of the office banked comms for new deals.
- Will work with an Assistant Manager and negotiators. Assistant will deal with the majority of stock on market, reductions, viewing feedback, tying offers and will help with deals/valuations to suit the needs of the business.
We feel this could be an attractive role for someone who is experienced and still ambitious, but perhaps looking for a better work-life balance than the standard lettings agency model. The Monday to Friday structure, no Saturday working and strong earning potential should hopefully make it stand out to the right person. As business owners, this is somebody who must be likeable to us. We feel this is a great package to attract the right candidate.
To be considered for this role you must have lettings manager experience including business generation and listings.
Be a car owner and be local to the Isleworth area.
