The ideal candidate will be an experienced lettings professional with a demonstrable history of generating new business, increasing market share, and leading a successful team. You will be driven, ambitious, and highly organised, with the ability to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Carrying out market appraisals and property valuations
• Managing and developing landlord relationships
• Driving lettings performance and achieving office targets
• Supporting and motivating the lettings team
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Significant experience within residential lettings
• Proven track record in winning listings and generating business
• Strong understanding of the lettings process and legislation
• Previous team management or supervisory experience advantageous
• ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Smart, professional and articulate manner
• Full UK driving licence essential
