We are recruiting on behalf of one of London's most distinguished independent residential estate agencies – a company with roots stretching back to the 1950s in North London. What began as a humble family-run business has flourished into a property powerhouse with nearly 40 offices across London and an impressive international presence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to join a busy, established North London office where the volume of work is substantial and the growth potential is genuine. You will be stepping into a thriving environment with an existing client base ready to be serviced and expanded.

What Makes This Role Special
Work-Life Balance: Unlike many roles in the property industry, this position offers hardly any Saturday work. You will only be required to work a couple of hours on a Saturday every fortnight – giving you genuine time for your personal life.
Earnings Potential:
- Year one earnings: £60,000 – £75,000
- Renewals paid EVERY YEAR – meaning your income rises dramatically without working any harder

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in Lettings, including proven success in taking on instructions
- Confidence in winning instructions and advising clients at the premium end of the market
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to grow the business
- Must have own car
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the database
