We're recruiting for an ambitious Associate Lettings Manager to join a prominent and well-established independent estate agency in Bognor Regis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lettings professional looking to progress their career within a supportive, forward-thinking business offering uncapped earnings and genuine career development.
Working alongside the Lettings Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the lettings department, winning new instructions, and delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
The Role
As an Associate Lettings Manager, you will:
- Advise landlords on rental values, marketing strategies, and property presentation
- Conduct rental valuations and secure new lettings instructions
- Create engaging property listings with high-quality marketing content
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and local market activity
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and professional partners
- Work closely with the Lettings Manager to drive branch performance
- Support and motivate the team while promoting a positive, high-performing culture
- Stay up to date with local market trends and lettings legislation
- Help maximise branch profitability and market share
Associate Lettings Manager Requirements
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- Proven ability to convert valuations into new instructions and completed lets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
- Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
