The Recruitment Experts
Our client is an exciting and ambitious new estate agency building in the highly sought-after Barnes market. Backed by experienced industry professionals and a clear growth strategy, they are now seeking an entrepreneurial Lettings Manager to continue the growth of their lettings operation.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious lettings professional to play a pivotal role in building a business from the ground up. Rather than inheriting an existing department, you will have the autonomy, support, and platform to create something genuinely special.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing long-term landlord relationships, growing market share, and creating the foundations for a high-performing lettings department.
For the right individual, this role offers genuine career progression and the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a growing agency.
