Looking to join a busy, established North London office where you can earn well, build your local market knowledge and progress your estate agency career?
We're looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join a successful Finchley branch, working with a strong stock list and an experienced team in one of North London's most active rental markets.

The Role
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Building relationships with landlords and applicants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Matching tenants to suitable properties
- Supporting landlords through the lettings process
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
Essential Requirements
Please note: Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the following criteria:
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Lettings Negotiator within Estate Agency
Proven track record of generating lets and delivering results in a target-driven environment
Strong understanding of the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
Experience using Reapit is highly desirable
Full UK Driving Licence
Unfortunately, candidates without a minimum of 2 years' lettings experience will not be considered for this position.
