We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded lettings business in the prestigious Kensington area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join a successful team, build their earnings, and develop a long-term career within a thriving agency.
Working in one of London's most sought-after property markets, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while helping landlords and tenants achieve successful outcomes.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Match prospective tenants with suitable rental properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Provide support and guidance throughout the lettings process
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms
- Generate and follow up on applicant enquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Lettings Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months' experience within residential lettings
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for the property industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
What's on Offer?
- £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary
- £40,000 – £60,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
