The Role

As Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the lettings operation, helping landlords find quality tenants and assisting applicants in securing their next home.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be conducting viewings and negotiating offers, the next you could be speaking with landlords, registering applicants or progressing tenancies through to move-in.

Responsibilities

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Progressing applications through to move-in
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Handling enquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Maintaining accurate records and property information
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings journey



About You

You may currently be working as a:

  • Lettings Negotiator
  • Senior Lettings Negotiator
  • Estate Agency Negotiator
  • Property Manager looking for a more customer-facing role

You will be confident speaking with people, organised in your approach and motivated to deliver a great customer experience.

A driving licence is essential.
