The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Conduct property viewings professionally and efficiently
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
- Qualify landlords and applicants to maximise business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generate new business opportunities across the local lettings market
- Work closely with the lettings team to achieve branch and personal targets

- Previous experience within residential lettings essential
- Proven success within a fast-paced lettings environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to generate and win new business opportunities
- Organised and efficient approach to workload management
- Positive, resilient, and professional attitude
- Knowledge of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster areas advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred and multilingual skills beneficial
