What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Conduct property viewings professionally and efficiently
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
• Qualify landlords and applicants to maximise business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities across the local lettings market
• Work closely with the lettings team to achieve branch and personal targets

• Previous experience within residential lettings essential
• Proven success within a fast-paced lettings environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to generate and win new business opportunities
• Organised and efficient approach to workload management
• Positive, resilient, and professional attitude
• Knowledge of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster areas advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred and multilingual skills beneficial
