Location: Southgate

Salary: Basic £25,000 – £27,500 OTE £45,000 – £50,000 OTE Uncapped

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6:30pm / Fridays: 9am to 6pm / Saturdays 10am to 4pm

With one day off during the week with 1 Saturday on and one Saturday off

Own Car and Clean UK driving Licence required

They are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Whether you already have experience in the property industry and are looking to take the next step in your career, or you're new to the industry with a passion for property and a strong customer-focused approach, this is an excellent opportunity to develop and succeed within a supportive and ambitious team.

As Lettings Negotiator you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the growth of the portfolio.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring accurate and efficient record keeping.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing a professional and knowledgeable service.
  • Conduct accompanied property viewings, showcasing properties and promoting their key features.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and employers surrounding Build-to-Rent (BTR) schemes to generate tenant referrals.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and always represent the business positively.
  • Prioritise the needs of clients by sourcing and securing high-quality tenants, focusing on long-term suitability rather than simply completing transactions.
  • Be willing to travel all over London and its home counties.
