Salary – £20,000, OTE £35,000 – £55,000
Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm, ½ day off when Saturday worked. 1 Saturday off a month

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and have around 12 months plus experience.
Duties:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Register and qualify prospective tenants, understanding their property requirements and matching them to suitable properties.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings and valuations.
- Keep applicants updated on new property instructions and market developments.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Self-driven with a can- do attitude
- Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
- Interest in property
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organised
- A natural Negotiator
- Own Vehicle & full UK Driving Licence
