What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Register applicants and match suitable properties to their requirements
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy offers
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and assist in winning instructions
• Keep applicants and landlords updated throughout the lettings process
• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual targets

• Previous experience within residential lettings

• Motivated, ambitious and target driven
• Good knowledge of the Bournemouth area would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work effectively within a busy and fast-paced environment
