Pear Recruitment: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Kentish Town
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000, OTE £45,000 + £150 Car allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 6pm
Saturday 10am – 4pm (Half Day off in the week when working a Saturday)
Full licence and own car required

Based in the heart of Camden and covering the surrounding areas, they work closely with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure every move is a smooth one.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in matching tenants with their ideal homes while building lasting relationships with landlords and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
- Register and qualify applicants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and win instructions.
- Guide clients through the lettings process from enquiry to move-in.
- Assist with Property Inspections, Check-Ins and Check Outs
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
Skills
- Ideally 2+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A confident, professional, and proactive approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence
- A passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
