Location: Kentish Town

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000, OTE £45,000 + £150 Car allowance

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 6pm

Saturday 10am – 4pm (Half Day off in the week when working a Saturday)

Full licence and own car required

Our client is an independent estate agency built on local expertise, trusted relationships, and a passion for property.

Based in the heart of Camden and covering the surrounding areas, they work closely with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure every move is a smooth one.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in matching tenants with their ideal homes while building lasting relationships with landlords and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

  • Register and qualify applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and win instructions.
  • Guide clients through the lettings process from enquiry to move-in.
  • Assist with Property Inspections, Check-Ins and Check Outs
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets

Skills

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A confident, professional, and proactive approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
