Teaching Personnel

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator (or DfE-recognised equivalent qualification) to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care and early education to children aged [0–5].

You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
  • Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are maintained at all times
  • Promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all children
  • Contribute to planning and continuous improvement of the setting

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (full and relevant) OR DfE-approved equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for working with young children

Desirable:

  • Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
