The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the delivery of excellent care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create engaging activities, encourage children's development, and contribute to a positive environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating nursery environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
- Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity within the setting
- Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practice
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive
