Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to join a welcoming primary school where you can make a genuine impact on children's learning and development?
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support, deliver interventions and help pupils thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teaching and learning within the classroom. Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to improve pupil progress. Support pupils with SEND, Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs. Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials. Encourage positive behaviour through praise, consistency and effective behaviour management strategies. Support pupils with emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENDCOs and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Has experience working within a primary school. Has experience supporting children with SEND (desirable). Is patient, nurturing and adaptable. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
