Sharp Skips is looking for an experienced LGV Class 2 driver to join a well-established, family-run business with over 43 years in the industry. This is a hands-on role within a down-to-earth working environment, where good drivers are recognised and supported.
What’s on Offer
- £15.25/hr – Standard rate, Monday to Friday, 7am–4:30pm
- £22.90/hr – Overtime rate, before 7am / after 4:30pm and Saturdays
- £22.50/day – Attendance bonus
- £15/day – Incentive payment, Monday to Saturday, paid monthly

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving LGV Class 2 vehicles to deliver and collect skip bins across various locations
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks to maintain safety and compliance
- Following all legal driving regulations and company procedures
- Recording deliveries and customer interactions accurately
- Assisting with loading and unloading when required
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
What You’ll Need
- A valid LGV Class 2, Category C licence
- At least 1 year of LGV Class 2 driving experience
- CPC and digital tachograph card
- A responsible driving record
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently when needed
