We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our fast-paced facility.
No previous experience is needed and full training will be given!
Job title: Production Operative
Job type: Temporary – ongoing
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (+£2.55 shift allowance per hour)
Location: Ashford, TN25 4AQ
Shifts: 10PM -6AM Monday – Thursday and then 7PM -1:30AM on Fridays
Responsibilities:
- Handling and monitoring machines daily to ensure that the line is running smoothly, with accuracy and attention to detail and keeping to schedule.
- Working on the production line, ensuring high quality from start to finish.
- Working as part of a Production Team to directly contribute to the manufacture of world-famous cosmetic products.
- Working within our clean and partly automated factory with equipment that is constantly evolving.
- Achieve optimum performance of the equipment and the highest quality of product.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry would be highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given
- Attention to detail is imperative
- To be able to thrive as part of a team
- Use initiative whilst working
- The ability to operate and control equipment (training will be given)
- The ability to follow instructions and production schedules precisely
- The ability to act quickly if a problem arises
- Eligibility to work in the UK, with a good level of English Language comprehension
