Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Boutique Commercial Law Firm – Henley-on-Thames
We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based in Henley-on-Thames, seeking a 3-5 years’ PQE Solicitor who is keen to build a long-term career in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to gain hands-on experience in high-quality, complex disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will work across a broad range of contentious matters, including:
- Commercial Litigation
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Mediation and Arbitration
- Business Debt Recovery
- Contractual Disputes (including contracts governed by the law of England & Wales)
- Claims against Directors
- Franchise Disputes
- Injunctions
- Partnership and Shareholder Disputes
- International disputes
Our work regularly involves cross-border matters and clients with interests in:
London, Geneva, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Dubai and Florida.
About You
- 3-5 years’ PQE
- A genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
- Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop technical expertise in commercial disputes
Previous exposure to contentious work, ADR, or international matters would be an advantage, but is not essential.
