Litigator – Property and Private Client

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-regarded and modern solicitor’s firm based in Wanstead. This role offers excellent promotion prospects and involves working across a diverse range of legal areas including Residential & Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution, and Employment Law.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle property disputes including ownership disputes, right of way disputes, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, and right to manage claims.
- Manage Landlord and Tenant disputes for both residential and commercial properties, including possession/eviction proceedings and lease renewal proceedings.
- Address Probate Disputes such as inheritance claims and will validity claims.
- Oversee miscellaneous cases including debt recovery/repayment and building disputes.
- Engage with clients to provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, and represent them in legal proceedings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified litigation solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
- Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working autonomously under supervision.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Able to meet departmental billing targets.
- Experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters.
