The Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions (sell-side, buy-side, strategic advisory) within Life Sciences.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, managing relationships alongside senior bankers.
- Drive origination efforts, contributing to idea generation, pitch development, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality financial analysis and materials.
- Work closely with sector coverage teams to deliver integrated, high-value advisory solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Must be currently operating at VP level within M&A / Investment Banking.
- Demonstrated track record in Life Sciences transactions (pharma, or biotech)
- Strong technical skillset across valuation, modelling, and deal execution
- Evidence of commercial mindset, with ability and appetite to contribute to origination.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence operating in client-facing scenarios.
- Experience managing junior teams and driving workstreams independently.
