Talent Guardian are recruiting for a Machine Operative for our client based in Andover, Hampshire.

- MUST be able to drive due to location
- Location: Hungerford, Berkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Shift Options:
Morning Shift: 5:45am – 2:15pm
Evening Shift: 1:45pm – 10:15pm
The Role:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Working with sawdust, hay and animal bedding products
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- General warehouse and production duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operative or within a warehouse/production environment
- Comfortable working with sawdust, hay and bedding materials
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and health & safety awareness
- Must be able to drive due to the location, as there is no accessible public transport
