Nightshift Machine Operator
Location: Kirriemuir Pay: £15.25 per hour Contract: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

We are currently hiring a Nightshift Machine Operator to join a well-established and respected manufacturing site in Kirriemuir. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of machinery and play a key part in keeping production running smoothly overnight.

Your role on shift
As part of the nightshift team, you will:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient performance Make basic adjustments to machinery and report any faults or issues Follow established processes and production instructions accurately Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Support the team in meeting production targets and maintaining workflow Keep your work area clean, organised and safe Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
This is a focused, hands-on role where attention to detail and consistency are key to success.
What we are looking for
We would like to hear from candidates who are:
Experienced in manufacturing, production or machine operation (preferred but not essential) Reliable and committed to working a consistent nightshift pattern Practical, with strong attention to detail Able to follow processes and instructions accurately Comfortable working independently once trained Positive, proactive and team-focused in their approach
